Legal Notice:
The Oregon-Howell RIII School District announces the opening for two board of director seats (2 three-year terms) for the April 2, 2024 general election. Interested candidates may file for candidacy at the Oregon-Howell RIII School District’s Superintendent’s office.
The dates for filing are from December 5, 2023, through December 26, 2023.
The superintendent’s office will be open during this time from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm with the exception of December 22nd and 25th, 2023 when the office will be closed for the holidays. Filing will end on Tuesday December 26, 2023 at 5:00 pm.
If school is out due to inclement weather, the office will not be open.
If the district is closed due to illness or other occurrence, board candidate filings will be taken by appointment, except for the first and last days when the office will be open. To make an appointment, please contact: Rhonda Spreutels via email at spreutels@koshk12.org.
Candidates will appear on the ballot in the order they file.
