Bond Issue

On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, the Oregon-Howell R-III Board of Education is seeking voter approval for a $1,350,000 general obligation bond issue to extend, but not increase, the current levy of the District.

The purpose of the bond extension is to construct a storm shelter on campus that will also contain a new science laboratory and classroom, repair or replace the asphalt of the school parking lot, and complete other improvements to existing facilities within the district as funds allow.

Below you will find a link to the FAQs of the upcoming bond issue. You may also refer to our district Facebook page for more information. Please feel free to reach out to superintendent, Seth Bryant if you have any further questions.
