The High School Foods class needs your help. We have been studying how to plate and garnish plates. Today the students competed in the Plate Challenge, they were given certain ingredients that they could use. They had to use the Twinkie as their main course and they could manipulate it however they chose but they had to use all of the Twinkie. It had to be completed in a 55 minutes class. Please vote by commenting with the number on the picture for the one you think created the best plate design.

FCCLA is hosting the Red Cross Blood Drive on February 27th, in the gym from 1:00-5:00 PM. We appreciate all of you who gave at the winter drive. Join us tomorrow evening, Saturday, February 8, at 5:00pm, as we celebrate Homecoming 2025. Your Bluejays and Lady Jays will be facing the Couch Indians and Lady Indians. The concession stand will have pulled pork in addition to all of your favorites with proceeds going to support Prom. Student Section Theme is NEON. We will start with the crowning at 5:00 followed by varsity boys and finishing the night with varsity girls.
